A few updates for the week of July 29th:

 

1. If you havent already, please go like and follow our Alamosa County Democrats Facebook page. This helps grow our message and outreach. 

 

2. There is a  Colorado for Harris Zoom meeting. This is their first kickoff meeting for our state. I sent the link in a previous email. Please register before hand. Meeting starts at 6pm. 

 

3. We are on the lookout for an office space. If you have any leads on an empty office space in a highly visible area, please let us know. We have a small team working on this as we speak. 

 

4. There has been a tremendous push for volunteering. Phone banking, knocking on doors, writing postcards will all be coming. We are getting organized and I am happy to report that our local candidates, Rick Needham for County Commissioner, Adam Frisch for Congress, Matt Martinez for Colorado House, and Vivian Smotherman for Colorado Senate are all working together to give counties volunteer work for us to do. Please be patient. 

 

5. There is a campaign kick off event for Matt Martinez this Friday at the Barn at Manzanilla:

7. Monthly meeting is this Thursday [August 1st] at 7pm, food and social hour starts at 6:30pm.
